Carl Patten Fine Art offers customers a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the artwork, should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person.

I understand that when you get your purchase home, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would in the space you were thinking of hanging it. If this happens the purchaser just needs to email support@carlpatten.com their request to return the art.
 

The artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered, and I will arrange for the work to be picked up and returned. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been delivered back to me.
 

If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.

Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art bought from Carl Patten Fine Art.

** The 7 day return period does not apply to Limited Edition prints. These are considered Final Sale due to the nature of the product **

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, if you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • first check your bank account again.
  • then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at support@carlpatten.com.
 

Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
